Editorial Reviews
I bought The Spy on Noah’s Ark because it was written by Lindsay Hardin Freeman. In Freeman’s The Scarlet Cord, Conversations With God’s Chosen Women I actually feel I am present in the heroines stories as told in the Bible. The Spy On Noah’s Ark is written in the same brilliant writing style but in a childlike way. The animals and creative story tellers weave you into the children’s bible stories and transform you into their journey. Whether young or old The Spy on Noah’s Ark will soon become a family favorite and create lasting memories.

Best book of Bible stories I've seen! They're told from unique points of view: by the dove on the Ark, by the slingshot in the story of David, by the whale in the story of Jonah, by a frog in the story of Moses in the bullrushes -- you get the idea; there are 12 in all. There are study questions for both children AND adults after each story; YES, this is not just for kids! The book is expertly illustrated throughout with beautiful drawings. Both author and illustrator are Episcopal priests. It would make a great Advent or Lenten study guide for a group!

Our church's middle school youth group is reading "The Spy" and loves it. The Bible narratives are familiar to all but Rev. Freeman brings them to life with her wonderful story-telling. This would be a terrific Christmas gift for kids of all ages...adults too!
