What is your return policy?

  • All returns must be in resalable condition
  • A copy of the invoice, packing slip, or confirmation email enclosed with your return is appreciated
  • Returns will not be accepted later than 90 days after the date of the invoice
  • There is no restocking fee on returns
  • Dated material (Forward Day by Day, Dia a Dia, calendars, etc.) cannot be returned unless defective
  • Pamphlets cannot be returned
  • There are no refunds for digital products once they have been downloaded.


How do I change or cancel an order I placed on the website?

Are any of your books available in electronic format?

Yes, many of our titles can be purchased as e-books, though not directly through our website. At present, we offer e-books through the Amazon Kindle, Barnes and Noble Nook, and Apple iTunes. Books that are available as e-books have the appropriate links provided on their individual product pages.


Can you help me locate an out of print book?

Sorry. "Out of print" means we don't sell the book anymore (though it may still be available in used or new bookstores). Don't despair! Many previously out of print Forward Movement titles are now seeing new life as Books on Demand or as e-books, and many more are on their way to an electronic re-release.


What are your shipping and handling charges?
Shipping and handling is calculated at check-out; costs depend on your geographic location and weight of your order. Please call Customer Service 1-800-543-1813 or email orders@forwardmovement.org for a quote.

How long will shipping take? 
Our system defaults to Economy shipping, but you are able to select Standard or Express shipping at check-out. Shipping timelines vary depending on delivery location, time of order, and other factors sometimes out of our control. All orders ship from our fulfillment warehouse in Nashville, TN.
