What is your return policy?

  • All returns must be in resalable condition
  • A copy of the original invoice must accompany returns to receive a full refund
  • Returns will not be accepted later than 90 days after the date of the invoice
  • There is no restocking fee on returns
  • Dated material (Forward Day by Day, Dia a Dia, calendars, etc.) cannot be returned unless defective
  • Pamphlets cannot be returned
  • There are no refunds for digital products once they have been downloaded.

How do I change or cancel an order I placed on the website? 

If you decide to change or cancel your Forward Movement order after you've submitted it, please call our customer service department at 1-800-543-1813 or e-mail at orders@forwardmovement.org for assistance.

How do I set up a bill-to credit account on your website for a church or bookstore?

Are any of your books available in electronic format?

Yes, many of our titles can be purchased as e-books, though not directly through our website. At present, we offer e-books through Amazon's Kindle Store, Barnes and Noble Nook Store, and Apple's iBookstore. Books that are available as e-books have the appropriate links provided on their individual product pages.

Can you help me locate an out of print book?

Sorry. "Out of print" means we don't sell the book anymore (though it may still be available in used or new bookstores). Don't despair! Many previously out of print Forward Movement titles are now seeing new life as Books on Demand or as e-books, and many more are on their way to an electronic re-release. 


What are your shipping and handling charges?


United States: Orders shipped within the contiguous United States are charged according to the chart below.

US Mail is available to AK, HI, APO/FPO, & US possessions with a zipcode, although the shipping times may be longer. Please call Customer Service 1-800-543-1813 or email orders@forwardmovement.org for a quote.

International: Shipping and handling for Canadian and other international orders under $100 is calculated and completed during the check-out process. Submitted international orders over $100 will process without shipping and handling charges. To complete your order, customer service will follow-up to finalize shipping and handling charges.

Express orders placed by 1PM Eastern Time will be processed on the same day. Express orders received after 1PM Eastern Time will be processed the next business day, or (if requested by phone or email) the same day for an extra $10 fee.
